Our skin courses are packs of facials that allow you to enjoy ongoing treatments at better value. They are available in packs of 3, 6, or 12 facials and can be customised within your chosen category of treatments.

You can choose from three categories:
• Essential Skin Pack – perfect for maintaining healthy, glowing skin.

• Transformation Skin Pack – designed for those wanting to target specific concerns and achieve noticeable results.

• Indulgence Skin Pack – Ideal for treating specific concerns on Face, Neck & Dec

3-pack and 6-pack courses: valid for 12 months from purchase.
• 12-pack courses: valid for 18 months from purchase.

Sessions not used within the 12- or 18-month validity period will expire and are non-refundable, so we encourage you to book regularly to enjoy the full value of your course.

You don’t have to have the same facial every time. Each tier includes a variety of modalities, allowing us to create a customised skin plan tailored to your goals. You can also choose treatments from the tier below your package, giving you even more flexibility.

Yes – you will still earn loyalty points on your membership.
• If you pay upfront, you instantly unlock all the benefits and rewards for your tier.
• If you pay monthly, you will instantly unlock discounts and some perks and you will begin unlocking voucher rewards once your payments reach the required spend for that tier.

We offer two flexible payment options:
• Upfront payment for the full course.
• Monthly payments, making it easier to spread out the cost.

Skin Journey Courses are for one person only and cannot be shared.
